Her work focuses on supporting team development as well as executive and career coaching. Micha has more than 20 years of marketing experience with leading international corporations, most recently as Brand Marketing Director. She holds a degree in economathematics from University Augsburg and a Certificate in Business Administration from University of California Berkeley Extension. Her clear and open style allow Micha an efficient, goal-oriented collaboration with her clients The person is at the center of her attention. Her communication style and empathy allow her to credibly work with all hierarchy levels. She works in German and English and uses her fluent skills in French and Spanish to support her clients as needed.
