The wisdom to grow sustainably lies within ourselves. The role of the coach is to facilitate access to this knowledge by asking specific questions.
Coaching is neither therapy nor counselling. The answers – whether for the individual looking for its way or for a team – are already there but usually not accessible, not audible;
jointly we listen beyond the words to get clarity about what is important and which direction is the most beneficial. The special focus of our work is on defining values and strengths, setting goals for personal and/or business growth as well as defining specific steps for implementation and measurement.
